I think you’ve got a future superstar on your hands there.
I’m so jealous you lot are headed into summer and we’re headed into Winter! Evening walks at that/this time of year are the best.

Great shots! Really love the colors. Your kiddos are always the best dressed kids around. Totally adorable.

My little cousin, Maddie, used to love the “banana phone” song by Raffi :)

I agree that older gear can work well. There is a reason why I still use my many manual focus Nikkor lenses of which I have never sold. Every week I use a lovely vintage 50mm f1.4 Nikkor C mated to my Eos 1d using a http://www.cameraquest.com Nikon to Canon adaptor. In my job as a newspaper photographer, I use this lens often on the 1d for mug shots. I love this lens at f2.8, although if focused carefully it is sweet wide open and at f2. Another lens I will never get rid of is the 105mm f2.5 AIS as that is too very sharp on the Canon. This is even despite the fact that I have a company supplied 16-35mm f2.8L and the 70-200 f2.8L lenses. In fact last week I did a survey on a topical question in a dark and dingy bar. I shot images on raw, using the 1d and the Nikkor 50mm f1.4 all at f1.4 All turned out superb.
