Even with QJ making it to the finals in the 2003 GP and headlining Pride 28, he most likely made a damn-good pay check from that, something else I doubt the UFC would be willing to offer, let alone be able to pay QJ. Or because the sun was SO beautiful rising the other morning and my cell phone shot didn't do it justice. Because there are so many moments I miss because of the above said refusal to tire my arms and back with the shooting goods. But mainly, because I want to remember days. I want to post them on my favorite things board and smile when I look at them...just as I used to do with my Polaroid camera my grandmother gave me. I used it when I was a little girl and now it's mine, but it just sits pretty on my shelf. I'm also an instant gratification girl so the fact that a camera can give you an instant print makes.me.GIDDY. The expression on their face when you hand them their picture is so gratifying - the magic of photography comes back to me all over again. They love seeing their photo develop and holding the picture in their hand. I feel great because I'm sharing - and the kids want to share the pictures too, they can't wait to show them off. Digital is great for pros, but too many .jpgs live out their lives unseen on hard drives. An instant camera is still the best way to commemorate & share the goofy little unscripted moments that make up our lives. I always want to have an instant camera with me when I'm photographing kids.

Having an instant camera would allow me and my cousins to never have to worry about having memories of the times we get to spend together , since they'd be right at hand. i would love an instant camera! i was so sad to see the polaroid film taken away. i used my polaroid camera all of the time. there are just times when you need an instant photo!
