she tried to be a trooper as we finally found our fields of gold

but then the storm caught up with us and it started to pour and she could not get back to the car fast enough…since all the fields are being harvested, it will be next year that we get to try again.

i twittered something last week. i got an unexpected email. i needed to make sure that it was all real and actually happening before i said what was going on. tomorrow, i am also going to be out of my element. i was chosen as one of seven women to be photographed for clinique in marie claire magazine. i fly up to sydney in the morning and back that afternoon. i am honored and excited and frankly think it may be a bit strange to be the model this time. eep. early start to the morning!

You made it! I'm glad you got to see Dean and the canola despite the weather – it really is beautiful around there. Next time will join you on the road trip at Tuki Trout Farm. Looking forward to it.

Wow, wow, wow. Where did you find this? I have got to take my kids there. Such a shame to have to wait till next year, though. What are these flowers?
