i wish i could hit some fantasy print button on my computer and then have a huge canvas of this delivered to my door.

immediately.

for two reasons:

1) i love this collection (and the kid).

2) i NEVER get things printed anymore.

i was much better at printing things in the states.  i need to get back into the habit again.  maybe hosting parties 2 weekends in a row will motivate me to print some new pieces and actually hang the ones we have!

and thankfully, flickr teamed up with snapfish and that means that i can finally print images from my flickr stream…here in australia! i am very excited for it to work properly…i tried to print something through flickr this weekend and there were some issues…i am sure it will be sorted soon enough. i have waited this long, i can wait a bit longer.

photo info:

(i keep forgetting to add this lately too)

(rediscovered) my nikon 105mm f/2

1pm light from a giant window behind her reflected off the back of the couch.  totally unplanned, she was just there…

It would be even better if Snapfish were better quality, it’s not bad, but it’s not brilliant printing either.

Oh, this is perfect! Love it!! It's that wonderful combination of her being a little kid with a glimpse of the gorgeous lady she will become (in the FAR DISTANT future). She's such a sweet girl :)

I have actually used them in the past…I love their art paper. I have one small canvas from them too. I am pretty sure that is what I will do for this shot! Thanks for the 2 recommendations!

They are just awesome! Great sequence and they will look really nifty on canvass…the four hanging together in a row would look so neat.

Just wondering, what photoshop program do you use? I'm on AdobePhotoshopCS, but deffinetly doesn't have half the 'stuff' you seem to be using for your masterpieces! I think you pictures are incredible, i'm 15, and you've completely inspired my to do photography and editing as a career. I owe you one!
