getting used to sun hats again….(and the color reflection madness they cause me in photoshop)

and spending lots of lazy mornings NOT rushing to school. just the best baby bedhead. ever.

now i need to:
1) find some christmas spirit
2) force the kids to do our christmas card picture
3) finish editing and post the birthday party photos
4) shoot and complete my last jobs for the year
5) help people take better photos of their kids (more on that later!)

oh i am just so so so excited for 2010!
anyone in NYC in August????

I may well be there! I spend time in NYC usually twice a year. I am thinking of/trying to move to NYC at the moment (to get my masters degree in photography), so you never know. I know we don't know one another all that well, but new friends are fun, so if I'm in NYC I'd love to meet up and grab a few snaps! How long are you going to NYC for?

It's funny, cause me and my wife Elena were just discussing this week about spending August holidays in NYC together with our baby Sofia. Now's she's 7 months and we are taking million of pics of her (inspired by your great works…). So yes…it makes for a great timining…it would be just great to meet…

the clover sunhat shot was:
ISO 800
f/2.5
1/2000s
could have dropped the ISO for sure, but was not thinking of anything except "quick, take a photo, she is still!"
my old 50mm lens…still have not ordered the new one!!!!!
