this has been a very hard two weeks for the boy. we are not sure what is going on with him, but it has involved extremely high fevers, a couple of infected tonsils and a mean looking rash that came up after taking the photo below. he lost at least a kilo and for a little guy, that is not great.
trying a new antibiotic in case it was an allergy to the first one and hoping that he is on the mend now if the rash was actually the tail end of roseola.
i am exhausted, i can’t imagine how he feels.
he just HAS to be getting better…we have a visitor coming on thursday and we can’t waste any of the short trip being sickly!

Hang in there. It is exhausting….I hope he gets better soon. My little man had his tonsils & agnoids removed + gromments inserted just after his 2nd birthday; he was constantly sick! His twin sister was waiting for him when he got home.

the idea of a sick baby sends me into a panic. i definitely have all the nerves of a first time mom.

Poor little guy. I hope he feels better soon. Syringes and pink medicine bring back lots of memories for me, like spilling Amoxicillin on the rug and having to call for more!

Hey both Payge and Scylar had a fever first, then they had a bad sore throat with swollen tonsils and then came the rash all over. It turned out to be strep throat. Actually the rash is common to come with strep. Hope he starts feeling better!

I know how you feel lil guy! I've been sick for the past two, almost three, weeks with a sinus infection that's *finally* starting to get better. Feel better soon lil one, I hear someone exciting is coming to visit!
oh poor little guy! my little boy twinnie is always the one who gets sick and gets it worse!
