warning: the twins pick out their own clothes now. my apologies to your eyeballs.
impromptu dance parties. that is what keeps us sane during the day with 2 year old twins at home. usually (like i said in the last post) it is a request for “the nienies” which is what they call the chipmunks (and i have no idea why.) now, it was funny for the first few times to me, the next couple (hundred) for gemma still, but the twins have YET to tire of it. we listen to a lot of my favorite music, but sometimes it is nice to pop in something just for the kids. since the gleam has worn off the actual chipmunks cd from over-play, we were THRILLED to find some new music that the twins would dig and i could not only stand, but actually like!
released yesterday and already charting on itunes, you can check out some snipits of the songs and click on the link to buy the album right on dofunstuff.net with 100% of the profits going to a great cause. if you have ears and kids, you will love this album.

I love Clovers break dancing moves in the last picture! Looks like they had lots of fun! The clothes aren’t too bad on the eyeballs!
They look like they had so much fun. I think both their outfits were cute! I love their smiles! They made me smile, after a long day at work!
I’m going to buy this as a gift to a friend of mine who and also as a gift for a friend whose just welcomed her first child, even though it looks more aimed at toddlers, I think it’d be nice to have anyway. I’m also going to buy it as a present for my cousin and her young son. What a wonderful cause and great idea. In fact, I can see myself buying it now as a gift for absolutely all my friends and family with little ones, which seems to be growing by the day. I don’t have kids, but that’s not going to stop me. I’ll also pass on the word and get as many people as I can to advertise it and buy it.
Do you think he would mind if I featured it/the reason behind it on my blog? I would love to get the word out and I’m revamping my blog at the moment and really working on updating it daily and making it a fun, really daily, readable blog. So why not use it to share something great like this! Plus most of my readers have young kids.
Should I contact him, or do you think he’d mind if I just went ahead and stuck it up there with a note explaining why folks should by it? x
PS – Totally forgot to say, you’ve got two future dance stars on your hands there Rachel! Have you ever seen the episode of ‘Friends’ when Monica & Ross preform the ‘routine’ they had make up/danced to as kids? Yep, that’s what I see here with your two little energy fireballs! Love it!
I am also a supporter of Ryan’s ‘Do Fun Stuff’ (although I’m sure your support will make much more of an impact!!) and although I don’t have any children of my own I intend to buy it for all of the little nieces and nephews in the family. I might even buy it for myself and our future children! Love those songs.
Your photos, as always, are amazing.
