who needs capital letters?
ever tried typing with one hand while nursing a baby in the crook of that arm while the other hand pulls the rat’s nest of your four year old’s hair into a ponytail? something has to give and the first thing to go is capital letters. i rarely use them while typing now unless it is to tell you something really IMPORTANT like the fact that i LOVE coffee and sushi or that i REALLY can’t stand the sound of people chewing gum.

never tried really… i gave up capital letters just because i’m lazy (shame on me !), but i understand pretty well the hate for the sound of chewing gum ! and i absolutely adore your photos, i must add…
I Just would like to say, you are the most talented kid photographer I have ever known ( well I don't really know you but seen or heard about
) your pictures are priceless and your kids, well what can I say, they are Adorable:). I love to take pictures myself but don't really consider myself at a professional level, more of just a hobby and would like to learn at a pro level. Im barely starting college and as many other students, I have no idea what to do with my life yet, but im more on the artistic side, I would like to know what made you become a photograper? Well once again, congratulations on your career & kids:)

I just found your site and I love your work!! Can I just say that I busted out laughing when I read that you cant stand the sound of people chewing gum…..haha!! Im the same way…its the most annoying sound in the world!!
Please come to Brisbane. Please photograph my children because everyday they grow a bit older and I lose how they looked the day before, and I forget what they wore, even though it was a hand-made Liberty skirt or pair of Ikea shorts, and I forget how much I love them because I'm preoccupied with what makes them annoying.
see and i forget how annoying mine are when i look at the photographs.
Just wanted to say, again, that I am so grateful to you for inspiring me to become a better photographer every single day. I love that you do not photograph perfection, you photograph life… all the little things that are so important in our world. I’ve come to believe that it is these little, imperfect and yet priceless moments that make life worthwhile.
